Mother’s Day is on 22 March this year and there is plenty of ideas out there to show your mum you care. Whether it’s afternoon tea or going for a walk, here’s what we’ve found what’s available in Gainsborough and the surrounding area.

Mother’s Day Lunch at Gainsborough Old Hall

Sunday 22 March, 1.30 to 3.30pm

Enjoy a slap up Sunday lunch with welcome cocktail. Each table will also receive a 50% of admissions voucher to the Old Hall for use by the guests eating on the day.

Mother’s Day High Tea at Uncle Henry’s

Saturday 21st March served from 2.30pm-4pm & Sunday 22nd March served from 3pm-4pm

The perfect treat with homemade sandwiches and delicious cakes.

Get some retail therapy and head over to Marshall’s Yard. Go for cocktails

After all that shopping why not head over to the Clock House or Gainsborough’s newest restaurant and bar – the Forge for cocktails. You could also head over to Adam’s Bay where every Mother who dines in the restaurant will receive a complimentary glass of prosecco on arrival!

Pamper yourself!

Relax, unwind, and treat mum to a range of treatments at Quiet Reflections. From facials to Indian head massages, a great way to distress after a busy week! You could also head over to North Gulham Spa in Market Rasen. Spend the day and enjoy their indoor heated pool, sauna, relaxation area, hot Tub, an outside sun deck and Zen room. There are also two treatment rooms with an onsite beautician offering a wide range of treatments including specialist treatments.

Get out and explore the great outdoors
